Exchanges & Returns
Articles purchased on discount or on sale are not qualified for exchange. Similarly, fragrances, cosmetics, and intimate apparel cannot be exchanged.
The exchange validity period for online exchanges is 7 days.
Please note:
- The product must be unused, all tags must be intact, packing must be in its original condition, and the original invoice must be provided.
- Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged.
- Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen. Therefore, products cannot be exchanged for this reason.
We will only exchange or refund any product(s) if defective or wrong product(s) have been delivered. Contact our customer service center by emailing us images of the defective/wrong product at beadsglampk@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. After our team reviews the product, an online voucher of the same price value will be offered.
In the case of an exchange, the customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs.
- Discounted Items cannot be Returned/Exchanged.
- Unstitched articles once stitched will not be entertained.
